Overview
The T visa protects victims of severe forms of trafficking who are in the U.S. on account of trafficking, have complied with reasonable law enforcement requests (or qualify for the trauma or age exemptions), and would suffer extreme hardship if removed. T visa holders may adjust to a green card after three years.
