Form I-485 Adjustment of Status
The final application β filed with precision, tracked to approval, with work and travel permits along the way.
Overview
Form I-485 converts an approved immigrant petition into a green card without leaving the U.S. Concurrent filing lets many applicants submit the I-485 with the I-140 and receive an EAD and advance parole. After 180 days pending, AC21 portability allows job changes to a same-or-similar role.
