Overview
The EB-1C provides permanent residence to executives and managers employed abroad for at least one year in the prior three years by a company with a qualifying relationship to the U.S. petitioner. No PERM required. The EB-1C pairs naturally with the L-1A.
Who May Qualify
- One year of qualifying managerial or executive employment abroad in the prior three years
- A qualifying corporate relationship (parent, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate)
- A U.S. role that is genuinely managerial or executive
- A U.S. entity doing business for at least one year
